Knowledge Management focuses on organizational objectives such as improved performance, competitive advantage, innovation, the sharing of information, integration and continuous improvement of the organization. With this in mind AGC Platform for e-Learning (A-PEL) was developed by the Attorney General’s Chambers in early 2010 to encourage the sharing of knowledge among officers and staff towards building a Learning Organization in line with the Government’s vision of Transformation and Innovation within 1Malaysia.

A-PEL has been designed as a Platform to initiate online learning to meet the information needs of AGC Headquarters and the State Legal Advisor Offices. Content information covers legal and non-legal topics (such as Management, 5S, Mentoring) and includes all Conference/Seminar Papers and Training Modules organized by AGC, Lecture Notes, Theses/Project Papers, Reports/Articles, Speeches, Selected Publications and a wide spectrum of information encompassing the Knowledge Heritage of AGC. To facilitate Search and Retrieval, A-PEL introduces various forms of search context covering Keyword Search, search by Title, Author, Date of Document , Material Type, Subject and AGC Division.
